Photography, for me, has evolved into a driving passion over the last 6-7 years. It all began in Berlin, Germany, where my husband and I were living when our first daughter was born. My interest in “people” photography was birthed simultaneously with my daughter. I have more images of her than any human should have of another. With time, my love affair with my camera and all things photography grew beyond my own family and I was soon taking pictures for other families and individuals. It gives me such joy and satisfaction to be able to create this kind of artwork. And that is what portraiture is… art. Its the art of capturing and memorializing intimate moments, nostalgic milestones and timeless moments.

Beyond photography, I love to travel…. I love experiencing new cultures and customs. I love meeting people all over the world. I have been blessed to be able to travel globally for over 15 years now. My travels have taken me to Africa multiple times, Australia, Peru, Haiti, and of course all over Europe while we lived there. I have been obsessed with Australia since I was about 10. I know I will live there someday. Someday, mate. My husband grew up in Africa and India, so we are a good fit. He certainly has taken me places!

I have the three most amazing daughters I could have ever dreamed of. Its true what they say…. my heart is actually, literally walking around in three little bodies on a daily basis. They make me smile each and every day… even when they look like this:
